AI Video Generation Service

How It Works

User Action: You submit a text prompt or upload a reference image to generate a video.

Data Transmission: Your prompt and any uploaded images are transmitted to our AI model providers (including but not limited to Seedance, Wan, Veo, and Kling via kie.ai) over secure HTTPS.

Processing: Your inputs are used exclusively to generate the video you requested.

Storage: Generated videos and associated assets are stored on Cloudflare R2 and linked to your account so you can access them later. You may delete your generated content at any time.

What We Do NOT Do

  • Track your browsing history outside our website
  • Sell your personal data to third parties
  • Use your uploaded images or prompts for purposes unrelated to your requested generation
  • Share your data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (AI model providers, payment processors, storage providers)

User Content and Image Rights

When you use our services to generate videos, you confirm the following before uploading any image or submitting any prompt:

  • Usage Rights: You have obtained the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use the uploaded image or referenced content for AI generation purposes.
  • Consent of Individuals: If the uploaded image contains identifiable individuals, you have obtained their explicit consent for the use of their likeness in AI-generated content.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of uploaded content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of content by users.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not upload or generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of third parties, nor content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise violates our Terms of Service.

By using our video generation services, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmission uses secure HTTPS protocol, and generated assets are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls.

Third-Party Services

We employ the following third-party services to facilitate our services:

  • Supabase – database and authentication
  • Vercel – website hosting
  • Cloudflare R2 – file storage
  • PayPal – payment processing
  • kie.ai and underlying AI model providers (Seedance, Wan, Veo, Kling, etc.) – video generation
  • Google Analytics – usage analytics
  • OAuth providers (e.g., Google) – account login

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are retained until you delete them or close your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
